East Sutherland Wheelers would like to extend a warm welcome to Fiona and Darren Holiday,  the clubs newest members which mean our total membership has now reached the dizzy heights of 200 people!.

Darren and Fiona spoke to ESW about their reasons for joining the club. “We were both over weight and had made a pledge to start attending the gym,” “I was 20 stone!” says Darren.  At the gym we began using the bikes in the gym and really loved it. We heard about ESW through some of the clubs members in Brora and thought we would give it a try. Since joining we have attended the beginners touring rides and also the weekly club Time Trial. We have found the club welcoming and friendly with everyone is willing to lend a hand to help and answer questions. We would have no doubt in recommending membership to anyone else out there in the East Sutherland and Edderton area".
