Volunteers are essential for making the weekend a success. Thanks to everyone who has already offered to help but we still need more volunteers to help out particularly on Saturday where we need people to marshall and helpers to serve tea and food.

Details of volunteers required are:

Saturday 15th June 1 pm to 4 pm – Rogart
Marshalls required 1pm to 4 pm and helpers to serve tea and food between  2 & 4 pm.  We also need people to provide sandwiches and cakes for Saturday afternoon.

Sunday 16th June 9 to 4.30 pm – Golspie, Littleferry Kart Track
Help required with a variety of tasks such as marshalling in the morning (9 am to 12.30 pm) and afternoon (12.30 pm to 4.30 pm).
 

Could you please let us know if you are able to help out by emailing James at  jjplowman@hotmail.co.uk. When you reply could you please state the following:

1.The day you can help.
 

2.If you`re volunteering on Sunday please say whether you are available in the morning 9 am to 12.30 pm and/or afternoon 12.30 pm to 4.30 pm. 

3. If you are able to provide food for Saturday could you please let me know what you are able to provide ie baking or sandwiches.
 

Further details i.e meeting place, time, etc will be provided nearer the time.
